New Thursday Classes
EDITED: We have some new yoga & exercise classes starting in the next few months to fill the gap left by our previous yoga & hula hooping classes.
Chair Yoga – Starts Thursday 28th July
A combination of gentle chair yoga and relaxing mindfulness. The perfect opportunity to do some gentle exercise and relax the mind.
Suitable for anyone and everyone, no experience necessary.

Ascension Fitness – Fitness for Fun – Starts Thursday 15th September
Low impact and beginner-friendly fitness sessions that include stretching, mini circuits, introduction to equipment and more. Led by Melvin Thomas.
First session is free, then after that £6 per session.
