Triple Link Dementia Support
Dementia Support, Activities and Friendship.
If you are living with memory loss or dementia, or caring for someone who is, we would like to support you.
Our Triple Link dementia café takes place weekly and is run by our team of brilliant volunteers. You can have a cuppa, a chat with other members of the group and even a biscuit (or two).
There is something different going on each week from musical performances to gentle exercise such as seated yoga, and once a month there is an opportunity for carers to gather separately for advice from the Carers Trust and peer support.
