Employment & Digital Support Services

Our Employment and Digital Support services are now combined.

You can access either service at our Thursday morning Employment & Digital Drop-in, every Thursday from 10am-12.30pm. Free access to computers, internet and printing, with support on hand if you need it. No need to book, this is a drop in service!

We try to provide a friendly atmosphere and plenty of support to help you feel confident about using computers.

Outside support:

You can also get help & support from one of our Employment & Digital team outside of the Hub, at the following venues:

Sydni Centre (Thursday1-3pm) (appointment only) - Please get in touch if you would like an appointment.

Packmores Community Centre (Last Thursday of the month11am-1.30pm) - Drop in session, however appointments are available - Call Packmores on 01926 494200

Employment

Whether you are taking a first step towards employment following a break or aiming to build on an established career, we can provide you with help at the above drop in or with one-to-one support in an appointment.

  • Help with jobsearch websites
  • Help looking for Work experience opportunities

Digital

The Digital support service can help those looking for support completing online tasks or those wanting to develop there digital skills, either at the Thursday morning drop-in or by appointment.

We offer support with

  • Help with one-off online tasks such setting up an account, downloading forms, etc
  • Digital courses (see below)
  • Sourcing secondhand devices for those in need

Digital Courses

We offer two different one-day courses here at the Hub.

The Microsoft 365 course currently runs one Friday a month. Click here for more information

The Basic Digital Skills course covers modules such as 'E-Safety Esssentials' and 'Navigating Online Services'. If you are interested in this course, please get in
touch to register your interest - we will schedule a course when we have suitable number of potential attendees.
